Partner / Vice-President January 1999 - Present
As a partner of the company my responsibilities include determining the general focus of the company, assisting in the development of current projects, project managing, and brainstorming new ideas for future projects.  

Gain Communications, Inc. 
Web Development Manager March 1999 - December 2000
Created a new department that grew to represent a third of the company’s gross revenue in a two-year period.  Personally responsible for the daily operation, staffing, production, and profitability of six member department. Also responsible for sales, project management, and technical management. 
Reason for leaving: Devote myself full-time to startup business
 
Internet Designer January 1999 - March 1999
Designed and developed Internet web sites for company and clients. Responsibilities included conception, design, construction, development of functionality, deployment, and maintenance. Attended meetings with sales as the technical and design contact.

Designed and developed Internet web applications for company ventures. Responsibilities included conception, design, development, deployment, and maintenance of projects. Became RAID Team Lead for rapid development of project prototypes.  Spearheaded the Internet awareness initiative.
